Members of the Chang Lab and the ZAP-DENGUE Study Team participated in the 2026 Dengue Endgame Summit: Global Vision, Local Action, hosted by SUNY Upstate Medical University Global Health Institute and the Trudeau Institute in Saranac Lake, New York.
Juan David Alzate-Alvarez presented the poster “Zanamivir for Dengue Vascular Permeability Syndrome: Design and Blinded Interim Findings From the ZAP-DENGUE Phase I/II Pilot Trial.” The presentation highlighted the design and blinded interim observations from this ongoing pilot study.
We appreciated the opportunity to engage with colleagues working across research, clinical care, and public health toward stronger evidence and locally informed approaches to dengue prevention and treatment.
